To craft an identity in a bold, graphic, colourful style. This development is more than a new address—it marks a new place to be and will redefine where city living ends and the suburbs begin.

From here, everything you want is closer than you think —TTC, shops and amenities, Lake Ontario, greenspace, downtown and the suburbs.

Overview

Found in Toronto's Clairlea | Birchmount area, Linea was built by Stafford Homes Ltd.. This Toronto condo sits near the intersection of St Clair Ave E and Warden Ave. Linea is a high-rise condo located in the Clairlea | Birchmount neighbourhood.

M81 Creative worked alongside partner agency Terra Media Design, to deliver the Linea brand strategy, brand identity and website to Stafford.


The System

The primary wordmark set in a clean, bold sans serif font communicates the feeling of sure-footed confidence. Paired with a modern stamp and hand-made script typeface the tone softens to create a unique partnership of bold approachability.

Print & Web

A big part of launching a new condo development is the marketing. After establishing the brand identity, we worked to express those elements across site signage, sales centre decor, an extensive project brochure and registration website.
